• As company accountant, he administered financial statements and reports (profit and loss statements, credit line transactions) for a multi-million-dollar private company.
  
  
• Founded and directs Apostolic Bridge Builders, a strategic partnership, collaborative and bridge-building non-profit organization that has connected more than 450 organizations in more than 45 cities in Texas since 2002.

• Twice State president of NIFES: Coordinated a large university students’ organization in 11 university campuses, 1989-1990 and 1992-1993.
  
• Developed a comprehensive marketing plan for a Canine Behavior company in Austin that increased its net income by 22%
• Applied integrated knowledge of business disciplines through consulting approach to analyze a local business situation. He helped  an Austin organic food company to create new markets in central Texas. This increased sales by 25% and reduced direct cost by 25%
